Senior Customer Enablement Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Enablement Program Manager. Key Responsibilities Lead the rollout and adoption of the Scaled Agent Suite, providing automated learning plans to Account Teams Maintain and optimize the customer enablement playbook for modularity and AI agent consumption Automate the nurture process to convert learner data into B2B opportunities for Account Teams Required Qualifications 6+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, GTM Program Management, or Sales Operations in a high-growth SaaS environment Proven track record of managing complex workstreams and delivering measurable global field motions Experience with RAG-based AI tools and understanding of data inputs affecting AI outputs Ability to work cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams Familiarity with the education technology or customer training landscape is a significant plus
