This role is ideal for someone who can confidently manage the full lifecycle of a project while maintaining a strong presence on-site to ensure quality, efficiency, and alignment with client expectations.Key Responsibilities:Oversee all phases of luxury residential construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standardsServe as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, designers, and subcontractorsDevelop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocationEstimate costs, track expenses, and proactively manage financial performance throughout the project lifecycleCoordinate and oversee subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely and high-quality executionMonitor daily site activities to ensure safety, quality, and adherence to plans and specificationsConduct regular site inspections and implement quality control measuresEnsure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and design requirementsProvide consistent project updates to clients, including progress reports and site documentationIdentify and resolve issues related to delays, materials, or site conditions in a timely and professional mannerManage changes in project scope and adjust schedules and budgets accordinglyOversee the submittal and approval process between subcontractors, suppliers, and the design teamQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)Proven experience managing residential construction projectsStrong understanding of high-end residential construction standards, materials, and finishesAbility to manage both project planning and field coordination effectivelyExcellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and construction/project management softwareAbility to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents accuratelyWillingness to work in both office and field environmentsAbility to lift up to 25 pounds and remain seated for extended periods when requiredFlexibility to work extended hours as needed to meet project deadlinesIdeal Candidate:Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentDetail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and craftsmanshipProactive communicator who builds trust with clients and project teamsJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceCompensation Package:Bonus opportunitiesSchedule:Monday to FridayWeekends as needed
