The Paid Media Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management in-platform and partnership with our core partners helping Infinite monetize our entire portfolio for traditional and digital campaigns. You should also provide forward-thinking ideas to build and maintain a strong company presence.Ultimately, you should be able to drive media efforts to achieve our business objectives.Because you are a representative for the department, we expect you to clearly articulate and live by the mission, vision, values and goals of Infinite.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesSetting up campaigns in platform (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc) based on approved media plans.Plan and Buy for all channels (i.e.. search and social mediaOOH, Programmatic) to ensure brand consistencyMeasure ROAS and KPIs based on Campaign objectives including monthly post reports.Manage day-to-day relationships with all media partners including traditional and DSPs, Agency trading desks and other buying platforms for display, Native, Paid Social and video. Analyze, negotiate and execute campaigns.QualificationsAdherence to our culture and core values: Deliver Excellence, Create Fun, Serve Joyfully, Build Connections, and Own GrowthBachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent work experienceAt lease two years of full-time experience within an Advertising or Media AgencyMore than two years of experience setting up campaigns in platform in Meta Business Manager and Google AdwordsAbility to present in client meetingsStrong understanding of how all current channels functionExceptional attention to detail and follow throughFluency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)Demonstrate a strong ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external partnersMust be able to operate effectively in a fast paced, dynamic, ever evolving space Capability to work proactively under pressure, understand customer needs and build relationshipsAt Infinite, we believe in developing great people, which develops great work.
