Boasting a diverse team of over 1,500 engineering experts hailing from various nations and cultures across the globe, we are excellently poised to provide intricate and personalized resolutions to our esteemed clients.Duties And ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute system-level validation and verification for machines and integrated systemsPerform system integration and regression testing across hardware, software, controls, and networksConfigure machines for validation, including software flashing and test setupInstrument systems and collect data using sensors, loggers, and diagnostic toolsValidate communication interfaces using Vector tools (CANoe, CANalyzer, CAPL) and WiresharkAnalyze logs and network data; troubleshoot multi-domain system issuesDevelop and maintain test plans, procedures, and validation documentationCollaborate cross-functionally to resolve defects and validate fixesApply systems engineering practices to ensure requirements coverage and end-to-end system performanceWork closely with engineering teams to integrate and validate embedded electronic control systems and vision systems for remote-controlled machine applicationsOperate in both office and field (on-machine) environments as part of validation activitiesRequired SkillsCore Technical Skills4–5 years of system integration and validation experience in embedded systemsStrong troubleshooting, analytical, and root cause analysis skillsHands-on experience with Vector CAN tools (CANoe, CANalyzer, vTESTstudio; CAPL preferred)Experience with Wireshark for network packet capture, analysis, and troubleshootingStrong understanding of networking concepts (CAN, Ethernet, TCP/IP, diagnostics, communication protocols)Experience validating embedded or distributed control systemsHands-on experience with machine setup, configuration, and instrumentation for validationExperience in machine, vehicle, or system validation across multiple applicationsAdditional/Desired Technical SkillsExperience with off-highway, automotive, autonomous, or industrial machinesExposure to requirements and test management tools (e.g., Jama, DOORS, Azure DevOps)Experience with HIL, SIL, or automated test frameworksFamiliarity with diagnostics, logging, and data analysis toolsExperience supporting machine maintenance or test equipment upkeepExperience handling customer-reported or field-reported issuesSoft SkillsSelf-starter with high motivation and ability to learn quicklyStrong teamwork, communication, and collaboration skillsComfortable working in lab and on-machine environmentsAbility to manage multiple validation efforts in parallelEducation / ExperienceBachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline4+ years of relevant experience in system integration and validationInternship experience is acceptable as part of overall experienceAdditional InformationTeam Structure: Part of an 8–10 member System and Software development teamWork Environment: Combination of office and field (on-machine) workDisqualifiersCandidates seeking fully remote rolesCandidates with only an Associate degree
