Compensation: $50,000 - $65,000 annually based on performance Responsibilities: What You’ll Do: Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and mail. Provide detailed and accurate information about our products, services, and pricing. Assist clients with benefit placements, issue tracking, and problem resolution. Maintain accurate and updated client records in our system. Collaborate with your team to create seamless, positive client experiences throughout the sales process. Qualifications: What We’re Looking For: 1-2 years of experience in customer support or a similar role. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability in handling customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism. Proficiency in customer support software and systems. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
