About the Role: The Automatic Machine Operator plays a critical role in the manufacturing process by efficiently operating and monitoring automated machinery to ensure consistent production quality and output. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to perform routine machine maintenance. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience operating automatic or semi-automatic machinery in a manufacturing environment. Experience with computerized machine controls or PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) systems. Familiarity with quality control procedures and tools. Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends if required. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Responsibilities: Set up, operate, and monitor automatic machines according to production schedules and specifications. Perform routine inspections and maintenance on machinery to ensure proper functioning and prevent breakdowns. Identify and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues, escalating complex problems to maintenance personnel as needed. Maintain accurate production records, including machine settings, output quantities, and quality control data. Ensure finished products meet quality standards by conducting regular inspections and adjustments.
