Licensed Mental Health Clinical Supervisor-Outpatient & MRSS- Fairfield County

Job SummaryThe Clinical Supervisor in this position will work in an outpatient community setting while also serving as a supervisor for the MRSS program in Fairfield County. This role offers a great blend of outpatient services and MRSS programming experience.Essential Functions:Demonstrate the values and guiding principles of OhioGuidestone every day, performing with the highest standards of excellence, integrity and ethics.Manage and be accountable for a team of treatment providers including therapists, counselors, behavior health specialists, and peer support professionals to ensure the team delivers high quality and effective care to clients/patients.Provide clinical supervision (individual and/or group) to therapists per the State of Ohio Counselor and Social Worker Board guidelines; provide case consultation and feedback regarding clinical interventions and other issues; ensure that service and treatment documentation meet professional and Quality Assurance standards in an accurate and timely manner.Provide ongoing assessment, coaching and monitoring of supervisees' individual performance, including clinical competencies, productivity and adherence to agency training requirements, policies and procedures.Promote and facilitate the professional growth and development of supervisees to maintain an engaged and productive workforce.Utilize dashboard/technology and performance metrics to monitor employee and team performance on an ongoing basis.Perform related administrative responsibilities; review daily/monthly/quarterly reports, records, and other documents; respond to emails and phone call timely; attend and provide various trainings and meetings; communicate with other agencies, departments, and vendor regarding required paperwork, contract compliance and consult with other county agencies and/or supportive services as necessary.Conduct quality peer reviews, utilization review, quality assurance, and level of care reviews.Actively lead team meetings and process improvement initiatives to continuously improve work productivity, workflows and efficiency of the team.Recruit, lead, motivate, and develop a team of employees, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment through effective coaching, performance feedback, and career growth opportunities.Participate in the planning, organization, and implementation of special events or department specific projects or program changes.Lead, coach, and mentor assigned direct reports, as well as oversee and uphold performance standards and the level of accountability within the department.Exhibit positivity, flexibility and a willingness to take on new responsibilities as requested or required.Demonstrate positive leadership, promote a team-based work environment and a culture of belonging.Present the Agency in the most positive light with all internal and external contacts.The supervisor may carry a small caseload in addition to above. If providing treatment, refer toTherapist Job Description For Essential Functions.Education & Experience:Master’s degree in Social Work or related training in Psychology or Counseling with an Ohio LISW-S or PCC-S required.
