This role will play a crucial role in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data to develop predictive models and provide actionable insights. Health benefits and 401K are offered.ResponsibilitiesThe Cloud Capacity Planning and Analytics team at ServiceNow is an innovative, customer-focused group responsible for capacity demand planning, forecasting, cost measurement, reporting, and analysis for ServiceNow's top-tier infrastructure.You will play a crucial role in developing a proof of concept (POC) that runs parallel to existing models, applying AI forecasting to long-range infrastructure planning.Your work will focus on integrating advanced AI to enhance operational efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.The POC will serve as a guide for full-scale implementation and platform integration.Requirements10+ years of relevant experience with a master's in computer science or data analytics, or a PhD with 3 years of related experience.Expertise in statistical regression, Bayesian forecasting, econometrics, and causal analytics.Proficient in Java/Python, object-oriented programming, algorithms, and design patterns.
