What You'll Bring: Minimum of 1 year of Cath Lab and/or Interventional Radiology (IR) experience Proficiency with pacemaker procedures and ability to float to EP Lab ARRT or RCIS certification, along with current ACLS and BLS certifications Strong understanding of catheterization procedures, patient care, and safety protocols Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, sometimes staying late to complete cases Excellent communication skills and team-oriented mindset Nice to Have Skills: 2+ years of Cath/IR and Electrophysiology (EP) experience Experience working with RN colleagues or with advanced cardiac devices Willingness to handle on-call responsibilities and occasional weekend shifts Preferred Education and Experience: Certified Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) Experience with electronic medical records (EMR), especially EPIC platform Prior experience in a hospital or specialized cardiac center Additional Requirements: Ability to float to EP Lab as needed On-call shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on unit needs Must attend a comprehensive orientation program, including initial and facility-specific training We Offer: Competitive pay packages with weekly direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time and reimbursed licensure, certification, and travel expenses when applicable 24/7 dedicated team committed to your success Paid orientation and support throughout your assignment Take the next step in your career and join a team that values your skills and dedication.
