Technical Project Manager Technology OperationsWe are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and coordinate project delivery across a large-scale Technology Operations portfolio. This role focuses on Cloud & AIOps, Monitoring & Observability, and Disaster Recovery initiatives within a complex enterprise environment.The ideal candidate will drive delivery governance, cross-functional coordination, operational readiness, and executive reporting across multiple concurrent programs.ResponsibilitiesProgram & Portfolio DeliveryManage delivery across Cloud Operations, Monitoring & Observability, and Disaster Recovery initiativesMaintain consolidated portfolio visibility, timelines, dependencies, and status reportingCoordinate priorities across infrastructure, engineering, security, and operations teamsProject Governance & ExecutionDefine project scope, schedules, milestones, and governance structuresTrack risks, issues, escalations, and remediation activitiesEnsure alignment with enterprise PMO standards and delivery processesDisaster Recovery & ResilienceCoordinate DR planning, tabletop exercises, failover testing, and remediation activitiesEnsure RTO/RPO objectives are documented and validatedSupport audit and compliance readiness activitiesMonitoring & ObservabilitySupport observability platform adoption and tooling integration initiativesCoordinate MSP transitions and operational readiness effortsFacilitate delivery alignment across monitoring and alerting programsStakeholder & Vendor ManagementPrepare executive dashboards, status updates, and operational reportingCoordinate with vendors, suppliers, and managed service providersTrack contractual milestones, SLAs, and delivery commitmentsIT Operations CoordinationPartner with ITSM, infrastructure, database, and command center teamsEnsure alignment with ITIL-based change and release management processesCoordinate infrastructure deployment and operational support activitiesRequired QualificationsBachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field7+ years of Technical Project or Program Management experienceExperience managing enterprise IT infrastructure or cloud operations initiativesStrong experience with risk management, governance, and stakeholder communicationFamiliarity with ITIL / ITSM frameworksExperience working with Azure and/or GCP environmentsExperience coordinating vendor and MSP engagementsPreferred QualificationsPMP, SAFe, or equivalent certificationExperience with Observability, AIOps, or Disaster Recovery programsStrong executive communication and reporting capabilitiesKey SkillsEnterprise Project & Program ManagementCloud & Infrastructure OperationsDisaster Recovery & ResilienceMonitoring & ObservabilityITIL / ITSMRisk & Dependency ManagementVendor & MSP CoordinationExecutive Reporting & Dashboarding
