Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Associate based in Montgomery, IL. The Marketing Associate will be responsible for conducting market research, assisting with the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns, supporting sales initiatives, managing marketing-related projects, and coordinating events or promotional activities aimed at promoting Unified Trucking Service and Consulting. This role requires collaboration with various teams to ensure cohesive messaging and effective communication with target audiences. Qualifications Strong communication skills, including written and verbal communication, and the ability to engage diverse stakeholders effectively.Experience with market research and the ability to analyze market trends to inform marketing strategies.Knowledge of marketing principles and hands-on experience with planning and executing marketing initiatives.Proficiency in sales and a demonstrated ability to support sales teams and contribute to achieving sales goals.Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, track, and execute marketing projects within deadlines.Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as social media management and email marketing, is a plus.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
