Client Acquisition Partner (Remote)Location: RemoteType: Flexible (Part-Time / Full-Time)Compensation: 25%–35% commission per closed deal, with the possibility of a co-founder opportunity.The opportunity:I’m building a creative branding studio focused on high-quality, unique work for companies that care about how they show up in the world.At this stage, growth depends on one thing: consistently turning the right conversations into paying clients.I’m looking for someone who knows how to do exactly that.This is not a “send 100 messages and hope” role. This is about identifying real opportunities, creating interest where there isn’t any yet, and closing deals that make sense for both sides.If you understand positioning, timing, and how to move people from “not interested” to “let’s do this,” you will do well here.What you will be working with:• Branding, identity, and creative direction projects• Early-stage startups, growing brands, and businesses investing in their next phase• Flexible collaboration ... I will support strategy, positioning, and closing when neededYour role:• Identify and qualify potential clients• Start and lead meaningful conversations (cold + warm outreach)• Build and manage your own pipeline• Close deals independently or with my supportHow we will work together:• Clear, upfront agreement on commission per deal depends on the scope of work (25%–35%)• Fast responses and decision-making• No unnecessary meetings• Direct collaboration when needed• A high level of autonomy and ownershipThis is FOR you if:• You’ve closed deals before (brands, B2B, B2C, startups, small and large businesses, or similar)• You’re comfortable with outbound outreach• You prefer performance-based upside over fixed salary ceilings• You can work independently without being managed day to day• You care about selling work that actually delivers valueThis is NOT for you if:• You’re looking for a fixed salary or guaranteed income• You rely on being given warm leads only• You’re new to sales and still figuring things out• You prefer structured, highly managed environmentsAbout the Studio:Yesyesandtwo is built on the idea that branding should do more than look good—it should create momentum.
