Complete a thorough and full patient registration via telephone contact with the patient, guarantor, or referring provider prior to the patients arriving for their outpatient clinic, testing or surgery appointmentHigh School diploma or equivalent requiredPrevious clinical background preferred, such as Radiology Tech; preferredOne or more years’ experience in a patient access role required.Typing/computer skills necessary; a minimum of 35 wpm requiredKnowledge of Medical Insurance,Excellent telephone etiquette/communicationOn the job training may be required after being hired, along with continuing educational requirements to maintain employment. .
