Front of House Shift Leader

Night-time availability strongly preferred.The Shift Leader role at Chick-fil-A Paramus is responsible for all operational activities associated with the front of the restaurant, including order taking and fulfillment, running a shift smoothly, cash management, drive-thru operations, hospitality and team member development. The Shift Leader is prepared to execute daily operations with a high degree of excellence across the above mentioned operational activities. This position supports the position of the Front of House Ops Lead.
