Electronic Component Assembler

Company: Q-Tech Corporation Q-Tech Corporation is the leading supplier in the design, development, and manufacture of high-reliability frequency control oscillators for space, military, and industrial applications. Job Description: An individual’s daily duties will consist of building small high reliability electrical assemblies (Crystal Oscillator a plus) in the Die attach, Epoxy mounting, Crystal mount, Frequency adjust and Cover seal processes. Responsibilities: - Prioritize the daily assigned work. - Responsible for following established procedures at all operations. - Ensure product is assembled to Q-tech quality standards and is delivered to customer on time. - Maximize daily outputs on production lines. Education/Background: - High School diploma or equivalent - Hands on experience as an assembler. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline orientated environment as part of a team. - Good written and verbal communication skills.
