If you meet these requirements, and believe you have a passion for making a real difference in an industry, we would like to hear from you.As the only US tax professional at BWI Group, the candidate will be solely responsible for managing end-to-end tax operations without external advisory support unless otherwise mentioned below. This role requires deep technical expertise, hands-on execution, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with accounting and global teams.Key Responsibilities: Compliance: Prepare and file all federal, state, and local tax returns; calculate and arrange tax payments.Provision & Reporting: Prepare quarterly/yearly tax projections, journal entries, and annual tax provisions for audits.Risk Management: Identify tax risks, lead audits by tax authorities, and resolve disputes.Tax advisory: Advise on tax issues of M&A, business restructuring, liquidation, and other.International tax: Advise on international tax issues associated with BWI US entities, including but not limited to foreign withholding tax, permanent establishment, BEPS, and other. Transfer Pricing: Maintain transfer pricing documentation (preparation of annual transfer pricing document could be outsourced to external tax advisor), advise on transfer pricing policy of the group and ensure compliance with OECD/local rules.Policy & Controls: Update US tax policies and advise accounting teams on tax-efficient practices.Regulatory Monitoring: Track changes in tax laws and implement necessary adjustments.Requirements: CPA or Master’s in Taxation; 7+ years of US corporate tax experience (multinational preferred).Proven ability to manage compliance, audits, and tax provisions independently.Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS, tax code, and transfer pricing.Self-driven with exceptional communication and project management skills.What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunity to grow in a dynamic and inclusive workplace.Supportive leadership and collaborative team culture.For more information about BWI Group, please visit our website at www.bwigroup.com.
