Multi-office Law Firm Seeks Remote Plaintiff Trial Paralegals for their CALIFORNIA office**MUST reside in CaliforniaRequirements: *must meet all requirements Currently handling plaintiff litigation in California3 years of California litigation experience (minimum)Reside in CaliforniaParalegal Opportunity #1Will be supporting plaintiff trial cases for in California. Cases include elder abuse, catastrophic injury, and other high value cases.Travel will be 2-3 weeks at a time; mostly in Southern California for trial attendance.*Must be willing to assist with trial preparation and trial attendance (all expenses for travel covered).Paralegal Opportunity #2Will be supporting wrongful death case docket in California.Travel will be 1-3 weeks at a time; mostly in Southern California for trial attendance.*Must be willing to assist with trial preparation and trial attendance (all expenses for travel covered).Both opportunities include propounding and responding to discovery, court filings, preparing exhibit lists, preparing trial binders, & trial attendance.
