Store Leader – After Dark Nightlife Start Date : June 2026 Job Description The Store Leader – After Dark Nightlife is responsible for overseeing all nighttime operations and leading the team during evening and late-night hours. This role ensures a safe, high-energy, and well-organized environment while delivering an exceptional guest experience. The Store Leader sets the tone for professionalism, accountability, and nightlife culture, serving as the primary point of leadership during after-dark operations. Key Responsibilities: Lead, supervise, and motivate staff during night and late-night shifts Oversee opening and closing procedures and ensure smooth nightly operations Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction Ensure safety, compliance, and adherence to company policies and local regulations Handle guest concerns, incidents, and conflict resolution professionally Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and support Manage inventory, cash handling, and nightly reporting Coordinate with security and support staff as needed Represent the brand with confidence, professionalism, and strong leadership Qualifications Previous leadership or management experience in nightlife, hospitality, retail, or entertainment Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to remain calm and decisive in fast-paced, high-energy environments Comfortable working nights, weekends, and holidays Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Experience with cash handling and basic reporting preferred Knowledge of safety, crowd management, or nightlife operations is a plus Must meet minimum age requirements per local regulations (typically 21+) Pay Rate $15.50–$17.50 per hour, based on experience and location Opportunity for performance-based bonuses or incentives Reports To Area Manager, Area Supervisor Locations 47 Edison Pl, Newark, NJ 07108 By applying to this job, you agree to receive periodic text messages from this employer and Homebase about your pending job application.
