Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site General Manager role located in Upper Darby, PA. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, including team leadership, customer service, and financial performance. Responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring high-quality service delivery, monitoring budgets, and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and growth. The General Manager will also play a key role in maintaining an inclusive and empowering environment for employees and customers.
