We love what we do, and we are excited to keep building something special.Position OverviewInciardi Prints is seeking a proactive, organized, and outgoing Summer Operations Intern to support our Mini Print Vending Machine operations in New York City. This is a hands-on internship ideal for a college student who is excited about art, small business operations, and working directly with customers.The intern will help support day-to-day operations, strengthen customer relationships, organize inventory and storage, and assist with logistics as we continue to grow. This role is a great opportunity to gain experience at the intersection of creative business, operations, and customer experience, with potential for future full-time opportunities.ResponsibilitiesAs a Summer Operations Intern, you may work on projects including:Checking in on NYC machine locations and supporting local customer relationshipsAssisting NYC customers with machine-related needs and troubleshootingOrganizing storage, inventory, and internal filesSupporting inbound research and outbound outreachCoordinating shipping and logistics projectsUpdating internal videos and operational materialsHelping with pop-up setup and breakdownConducting customer satisfaction surveysMaintaining organized inventory systems for prints, parts, and suppliesBecause we are a growing business, the role may also evolve based on company needs and the intern’s strengths.QualificationsWe are looking for someone who is:Currently enrolled in a college or universityHighly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesA strong written and verbal communicatorSelf-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptableInterested in art, small businesses, and creative industriesComfortable using basic tools such as a screwdriver and capable of disassembling a machine if neededOutgoing and enthusiastic about interacting with peopleWhy Join Inciardi Prints?This internship offers the opportunity to work closely with a creative, fast-growing business and gain meaningful hands-on experience in operations, logistics, and customer relations.
