Four (4) years of relevant education and work experience may be substituted for degreeMinimum of three (3) years of specialized experience in email marketing or digital content productionProficiency in HubSpot, or similar email marketing toolsProficiency in email marketing fundamentals (deliverability, list health, compliance, testing, reporting)Proficiency in project management, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional collaboration skillsPolished and professional demeanorWell-versed in industry developments, techniques, and trendsPreferred RequirementsHTML/CSS familiarityHubSpot certificationAsana familiarity
