You'll welcome guests, manage accounts, answer inquiries, and field complaints to ensure we deliver an excellent experience to every guest. If you love interacting with people in a positive work environment, apply now!Responsibilities:Take incoming calls, online and in-person room bookings requests, and answer questions about guests' needs involving room rates, available rooms, amenities, rewards programs, and special requestsPerform regular bookkeeping duties: make sure hotel guest information is current and correctMitigate customer complaints as neededGive every guest a warm welcome, check them in, and check them out when they leave, ensuring you provide correct keys and room numbersWork with the housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are ready for new guestsQualifications:Comfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situationsExcellent time management skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills1 year of experience in the hospitality industry as a hotel front desk agent, hotel receptionist, or guest service specialist preferredHas previous experience or working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systemsMust have graduated high school, received a GED or equivalentAbout Company:We are a limited-service hotel that strives to provide exceptional hospitality service and a comfortable stay for our guests.
