Senior Finance Manager

About the RoleOur client is seeking an experienced Senior Finance Manager to lead financial planning, performance reporting, strategic analysis, and cross-functional business partnering. This hybrid role in Cleveland offers high visibility with senior leadership and the opportunity to influence long-term financial strategy, operational efficiency, and organizational growth. ResponsibilitiesLead annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long-range planning processes Develop and enhance financial models to assess revenue, margin, cost trends, and business drivers Manage preparation of monthly executive reporting packages, KPI dashboards, and variance analysis Partner with operations, accounting, and leadership to evaluate performance and drive action plans Support strategic initiatives including pricing, capital investments, scenario modeling, and market analysis Improve financial processes, reporting structure, and data integrity across departments Drive ROI analyses and develop business cases for new investments or strategic projects Lead and mentor FP&A analysts, supporting team development and workload prioritization Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA a plus 7+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience, including leadership responsibilities Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets Experience with BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Adaptive Insights, etc.) preferred Strong understanding of P&L, cash flow analysis, and financial statements Proven ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills What Our Client OffersCompetitive base salary with bonus opportunity Hybrid flexibility with structured in-office collaboration High visibility with senior leadership and significant strategic exposure Growth opportunities within finance leadership
