Scientex Phoenix, LLC is looking for a Production Assistant
Duties and Responsibilities:
Regular attendance and punctuality.
Assist in the production and manufacturing of our products.
Willing to work as a team and help achieve end results.
Understand the Safety Requirements in the workplace.
Ability to work on your feet and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
Complete production orders to include pallet staging, wrapping and other items as needed.
Work cooperatively with Production Lead /supervisor to achieve quality product and output.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Observe all safety guidelines and report safety concerns to management.
Follow all written and verbal instructions.
Attend all safety and production trainings.
Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude.
Available to work your shift along with OT as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications:
1 years experience preferred but paid training available for qualified candidates.
Must be available to work the shift you were hired for with some weekends or occasional overtime.
Capable of understanding production documents and safety manuals.
Physically capable of manual labor that includes lifting, bending, and reaching.
Able to lift 50lbs on a regular basis.

Experience:
Prefer 2 years of machine operations in a manufacturing role. Willing to candidates with less experience that are willing and able to learn.

Afternoon Shift : 2PM - 1030PM
Night Shift : 10PM - 630AM
Pay Frequency:
Bi weekly.
