Aegis WorldwideProduction Supervisor2nd or 3rd Shift$65,000 - 80,000Must Haves:4+ Years Production Leadership Experience within a manufacturing environmentExperience handling clerical Items like PTO Requests, Timesheets, Disciplinary ActionsJob Responsibilities:Lead and supervise a team of production operators and team leads to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations.Drive daily, weekly, and monthly production KPI achievement, proactively addressing issues and adjusting resources to meet production targets.Assign and coordinate daily work activities, staffing, and line priorities to maximize productivity and operational performance.Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to resolve operational challenges and support continuous improvement initiatives.Monitor workforce attendance and staffing levels, including approving PTO requests and arranging coverage for planned and unplanned absences.Review and verify employee timekeeping records to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.Address employee performance and conduct concerns through coaching, corrective action, and disciplinary processes when necessary.
