Weekend Server

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for guest services and hospitality, ensuring that every patron has an exceptional dining experience. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and providing outstanding service to our guests while maintaining a clean and organized work area. Duties - Greet and welcome guests promptly with a friendly demeanor. - Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. - Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction. - Serve food and drinks in a timely manner, ensuring presentation meets our culinary standards. - Monitor guest needs throughout their dining experience, offering assistance as required. - Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tips. - Maintain cleanliness by sanitizing tables, utensils, and service areas according to health regulations. - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely food delivery. - Adhere to food handling safety protocols to ensure the highest quality of service. Skills - Strong guest services skills with a focus on hospitality excellence. - Ability to upsell menu items effectively while engaging with guests. - Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards. - Experience with cash register operations is preferred. - Familiarity with nightclub environments is a plus but not required. - Culinary knowledge is beneficial for providing informed recommendations. - Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy setting. - Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
