Pool & Pond Water Feature Service & Maintenance TechnicianReflections Water Gardens is looking for a results-driven Maintenance & Service Technician. THIS IS A HANDS-ON WORKING POSITION. You will be responsible for the continued service of clients' projects, maintenance, and repairs. Self-motivation, reliability, ambition, and a passion for service in outdoor environments are a must to be successful at Reflections Water Gardens.ResponsibilitiesAdvise and educate customers on the best preventative maintenance practicesEstablish, develop, and maintain positive client relationshipsAchieve agreed-upon goals and outcomesCoordinate Maintenance and Service tasks with team membersContinued self-improvement through feedback from the team and clientsPost to social media for brand awareness and prospectingClean swimming pools and filtration using certified pool equipmentDiscover and repair leaks or cracks in the pool area's structure, plumbing, or pipesMaintain a record of paperwork and services performedRemove and install new underwater lightsTroubleshoot, repair, or replace faulty equipmentSurvey pH levels of water, and add or maintain chemicals as neededQualificationsHighly motivated and driven with a background in water feature service and maintenanceKnowledge of both biological and chemical systemsExcellent communication and people skillsPrioritizing, time management, and organizational skillsProblem-solvingAbility to work independently in the field and office as requiredBilingual PreferredMust have a valid driver's licenseMust be able to work in harsh weather conditionsHigh school diploma or GED requiredAbility to lift heavy equipment and dexterity are requiredPrior experience with pool chemicals, maintenance techniques, and equipment is strongly preferredCompensation $23 - $29 hourly DOE About Reflections Water GardensReflections Water Gardens specializes in the design, construction, and maintenance of Natural Sanctuaries where every element is carefully planned and selected to create an Oasis of Tranquility for clients.Our Purpose is to serve people who want a Natural, Peaceful place to escape everyday stress, reconnect with their families, and create Lifetime Memories.We Serve high-end residential and commercial property owners who appreciate the tranquility and peacefulness of the water.
