Together, we're building the future we all aspire to - making net zero a reality.Role OverviewThe Warranty Outage Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and coordinating scheduled and unscheduled maintenance outages for all projects under warranty. This position plays a key role in developing and managing outage schedules, ensuring alignment across multiple projects, and maintaining a fleet-level view of all ongoing warranty activities. The role requires strong scheduling, coordination, and communication skills to support pre-outage planning, resource loading, and successful execution of warranty services. The Warranty Outage Coordinator supports Field Service, Project Management, and Customer teams to ensure that all warranty obligations are met with quality, safety, and efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage outage schedules for all projects currently in the warranty phaseSupport pre-outage planning activities including scope definition, schedule development, and logistics coordinationTravel to customer plant sites as needed for pre-outage planning and outage coordinationCollaborate with Project Managers, Field Service teams, and customers to ensure timely execution of scheduled and unscheduled outagesCoordinate field service resource loading in line with outage requirementsSupport the setup and coordination of subcontracted labor for warranty outage executionProvide guidance and support to new Project Managers and Field Engineers on outage planning and scheduling best practicesCoordinate with Supply Chain and other internal departments to secure tools, equipment, and materials for outage executionMonitor outage progress and provide real-time schedule updates and adjustments to ensure on-time completionSupport financial, quality, and schedule targets for each warranty outagePerform post-outage reviews to capture lessons learned, best practices, and opportunities for process improvementAssist in the resolution of technical issues during the planning and execution phasesProvide reporting and insights into outage performance metrics across the warranty fleetPerform other duties as assigned to support successful execution of warranty servicesOther Duties and ResponsibilitiesComply with all safety policies, practices and procedures reporting all unsafe activities to Management and/or Human ResourcesParticipate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goalsContribute to building a positive team spiritCommunicate effectively with all levels of employeesProtect confidential information by not communicating, disclosing to, or using for benefit of 3rd partiesMaintain the highest degree of honesty and integrity at all timesPerform other duties that may be assigned from time to timeKnowledge, Skills & EducationTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Education and/or Experience:Bachelor's degree (BS) in Engineering, Construction Management or related field from four-year college or university; and/or Five (5+) years related experience in an EPC environment and experienced in planning/scheduling of major power generation projects.Language Skills:Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.Mathematical Skills:Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.Reasoning Ability:Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.Computer Skills:Knowledge of resource loading scheduling software for project management scheduling applications database, project management, spreadsheet and word processing software, electronic mail, graphics, technical diagrams, flow charts, etc.Travel Requirements:Up to 30% travel required both domestically as well as internationally.Physical Demands & Work EnvironmentRegularly required to stand and walk. Frequently lift and/or move up to 15 pounds. Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
