Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated and talented Customer Retention Management (CRM) Manager (hybrid) to join our team. In this role, you will own the development and execution of all Email and SMS campaigns across ONE/SIZE that drives specifically to the DTC website. This position is responsible for leading the planning, testing, scheduling, and development of all ongoing and triggered email, SMS, and loyalty program communications on behalf of ONE/SIZE Beauty. The CRM Manager collaborates with a team that designs assets for all campaigns and is responsible for launching all campaigns and loyalty messaging, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.Additionally, this role is tasked with developing and executing segmentation and testing strategies, including but not limited to audience targeting, creative content, subject lines, and optimal send times. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment and is adept at meeting evolving deadlines in a fast-paced direct-to-consumer business.As a member of the Digital & Ecommerce team, you will collaborate with all teams cross-functionally and report directly to the Director of Ecommerce.HYBRID: This role is classified as exempt from the Fair Labor Standard Act’s overtime requirement and is open to candidates based in Los Angeles, CA. While the position is primarily remote, it follows a hybrid schedule requiring occasional in-person work at Culver City, CA 90230. The role requires working in PST hours, so candidates located on the West Coast are preferred. A reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace free from significant distractions are essential for remote work.What You’ll Do:Essential Job FunctionsOwn CRM calendar ensuring that brand communications and strategy are in place to meet performance targets.Define and execute a strategy that continuously strives to maximize revenue through specified email and SMS communications.Continuously optimize for campaign improvement via A/B testing and other various tests to provide insights to the department.Report on KPIs and track performance of marketing strategies across all CRM channelsWork closely with creative and marketing teams to ensure deadlines are met.Partner with product and development teams to implement new features and enhance our existing user experience.
