ABiLITY is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes and communities.
No experience? No problem. We provide paid training, certifications, and ongoing support to help you succeed.
Pay
$20/hour – Part-Time
Additional pay may be offered based on verified experience.
Available Shifts
Days: approximately 7:00 AM-3:00 PM (EXTREMELY LIMITED AVAILABILITY)
Evenings: approximately 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Primary availability)
Overnights: approximately 10:00 PM – 9:00 AM (EXTREMELY LIMITED AVAILABILITY)
What You’ll Do
Assist with daily living activities (meals, hygiene, routines)
Support independence and community involvement
Administer medications (training provided)
Maintain a safe, respectful environment
Complete daily documentation

What We’re Looking For
18+ years old
High school diploma or GED (or currently enrolled)
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
Able to pass required screenings
Dependable and willing to learn
Training & Certifications (Company-Paid)
Level One Medication Aide (L1MA)
CPR / First Aid / AED
Crisis Prevention
DSP training modules
