Assume supervisory responsibilities alongside XLT Site Supervisor.EDUCATIONAL/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIREDAt least 1 year experience in Before and After School programs with youth development background preferred. Education major preferred. Willingness to understand and support the District's Comprehensive School Improvement Plan.
