Our team works with clients who require a higher level of behavioral support, structure, and consistency across school, community, and stabilization-based settings.We’re looking for staff who can remain composed during difficult moments, build strong rapport with clients, and work collaboratively with a supportive clinical team.What The Role Looks LikeIn this position, you may:Provide direct 1:1 behavioral support servicesImplement individualized behavior intervention plans developed by BCBAsSupport clients with communication, emotional regulation, coping, and daily living skillsUtilize proactive behavior strategies and approved crisis intervention techniques when necessaryWork in a variety of environments including stabilization settings, community-based locations, and homesCollect behavioral data and complete session documentationParticipate in team collaboration and clinical discussionsAssist with personal care tasks when needed, including hygiene, feeding, and toileting supportHelp create a safe, structured, and supportive environment for clients and staffWho Typically Does Well In This RoleThis role may be a strong fit for someone who:Has prior experience supporting individuals with behavioral or developmental challengesIs comfortable working with high-intensity behaviors including aggression, self-injury, or elopementCan stay calm and professional in fast-moving situationsEnjoys working as part of a highly collaborative teamIs open to feedback, coaching, and continued skill developmentWants hands-on clinical experience in a challenging but rewarding settingIs interested in growing within the ABA or behavioral health fieldRBT Certification Is Preferred But Not Required.Why People Enjoy This TeamReal ImpactThe work is challenging, but meaningful.
