Those who thrive here actively seek out new solutions, experiment thoughtfully, and apply what they learn to drive better, faster, smarter outcomes.As a Commercial Account Executive, you will own the full mid-market sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to demonstrations and final negotiations to consistently exceed revenue quotas. You will strategically partner with resellers and channel managers to execute GTM strategies and accelerate new logo acquisition. By developing deep platform expertise and building C-level relationships, you will act as a trusted advisor, prioritizing customer needs to drive long-term success.What Will You Do?Primary Responsibilities Include:Drive revenue growth across your assigned territory through a mix of inbound leads, outbound prospecting, and partner-driven opportunitiesOwn the full sales cycle — from discovery to demo to negotiation to closeBuild and expand strong relationships with customers, prospects, and partnersCollaborate closely with our channel managers and field sales team to create and execute joint go-to-market strategiesPartner with our world-class reseller ecosystem to accelerate new logo acquisition and grow recurring revenueBecome a product expert in SentinelOne's cybersecurity platform and stay up to date on the broader market landscapeMaintain accurate pipeline hygiene and provide reliable forecasts to leadershipRepresent SentinelOne with professionalism, empathy, and insight — always putting the customer firstWhat skills and knowledge should you bring?Ideal candidates will have:4+ years of success in a high-tech cybersecurity sales roleA track record of consistently hitting or exceeding quotaExperience selling to mid-market or commercial accountsAbility to navigate complex sales cycles and build trust with C-level decision makersStrong collaboration skills and a desire to work cross-functionally with internal teams and partnersExcellent communication skills — written, verbal, and presentationHighly motivated self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentA commitment to doing what’s right for the customer — and your teammatesExperience working with channel partners or resellersBachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceThis role supports a territory and requires the individual be based in San Francisco, CA or the surrounding area.Why SentinelOne?AI is redefining how the world operates and rewriting the rules of security in real time, and SentinelOne was built for this moment. The range posted here is the on-target earnings (OTE) for this position, inclusive of base salary and commissions. For some locations, a different pay range may apply.
