This is an excellent opportunity to practice meaningful medicine in asupportive, team-based environment.RESPONSIBILITIESProvide comprehensive, continuous and coordinated care to patients presenting for medical services.Perform thorough assessments and develop care plans that address medical needs of patients.Manage chronic medical conditions, ensuring evidence-based guideline-concordant care.Address acute medical problems in a timely and clinically appropriate manner.Address quality indicators and healthcare maintenance needs for each patient, as appropriate.Order, interpret and follow up on laboratory, radiological and specialty test results in a timely fashion.Refer patients to appropriate specialty and subspecialty services as needed.Respond promptly to patient phone calls, text messages, electronica messages and other communications.REQUIREMENTSMedical Degree (MD) from an accredited institution.Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Family Medicaine.Current New York State License ( or eligibility for licensure).DEA Certification.BLS Certification.Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred.Bilingual (English and Spanish) a must.Job type: Full time.Pay: From $200,000 per year.Benefits:Health insurancePaid time off.Life insuranceSchedule:8-hour shiftMondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays
