The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner is a trusted recruiting partner and hands-on talent expert responsible for delivering high-quality hiring outcomes that support Westerra’s business strategy and member experience. This role leads full lifecycle recruiting while partnering closely with hiring leaders to align hiring decisions with workforce needs, team priorities, and long-term business goals. This role plays an active part in workforce planning by helping leaders anticipate talent needs, assess gaps, and translate those needs into effective hiring and sourcing strategies. The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner also strengthens Westerra’s talent brand, builds sustainable talent pipelines, and continuously improves the hiring manager and candidate experience. This role balances strong execution with thoughtful partnership and shared accountability for hiring outcomes. What will be expected of me? Talent Acquisition & Hiring Execution Lead full cycle recruiting from intake through offer and onboarding coordination, ensuring timely, high-quality hiring outcomes. Partner with hiring leaders to translate business and workforce needs into clear role requirements, aligned hiring plans, and effective sourcing strategies. Develop proactive pipelines through sourcing, networking, referrals, and market engagement to meet current and future talent needs. Partner with leaders on offer strategy and effectively close candidates. Ensure a consistent, transparent, and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Align hiring practices with Westerra’s culture, values, and commitment to equitable and compliant hiring Hiring Manager Partnership & Workforce Planning Lead intake and strategy conversations to clarify hiring needs, success profiles, and timelines. Serve as a strategic partner by providing guidance on talent availability, market trends, and internal equity. Support workforce planning by helping leaders anticipate hiring needs, identify talent gaps, and prioritize roles aligned to business objectives. Translate workforce plans into actionable recruiting strategies and pipeline approaches. Coach hiring managers on effective interviewing, selection, and decision-making practices. Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and adjustments needed to meet hiring goals. Talent Brand & Pipeline Development Strengthen Westerra’s employment brand through authentic candidate engagement and compelling job marketing. Build and maintain diverse, high-quality talent pipelines for critical roles. Represent Westerra in external events and networking opportunities as needed. Continuously improve the candidate and hiring manager experience using feedback, data, and best practices. Recruitment Operations & Compliance Maintain and optimize the ATS to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and efficient workflows. Track and use recruiting metrics (time to fill, pipeline health, experience feedback) to improve outcomes and inform decisions. Partner with HR and compensation to align hiring decisions with budget, equity, and workforce priorities. Ensure compliance with policies and employment laws. Support and improve recruiting programs (e.g., referrals) and processes. Stay current on recruiting trends, tools, and market insights. Provide guidance and coaching to less experienced team members as needed. Other duties as assigned. Will I have Direct Reports? No What am I bringing? Hybrid: Typically, a dispersed, flexible team environment both on Westerra campus (at least 2x/week) and remote. Employees must reside in Colorado or be willing to relocate prior to starting employment.
