In addition to currently being the busiest ED in the AdventHealth System, the Gallup Company (measuring employee satisfaction) has rated us as having world-class employee satisfaction thanks to our family-minded, spiritually centered atmosphere.**Schedule:** Full-time, 36 hours per week**Shift:** Days, 7:00 am - 7:00 pm (with weekend rotation)**Primary Job Responsibilities:**+ Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors of patients.+ Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and standards of care, regularly evaluating and revising these plans as necessary.+ Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely, following physician orders and hospital protocols, and monitor for adverse reactions.+ Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, medications, and self-care strategies to promote understanding and compliance.+ Collaborate with medical staff and ancillary departments to coordinate and optimize patient care, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.+ Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information, care activities, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.**What You Need to Succeed:**+ Associate of Science degree in Nursing+ Current State of Florida or Multistate licensure as a Registered Nurse+ Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification+ Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification+ Current Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification**Physical Requirements:** _(Please click the link below to view work requirements)_Physical Requirements - https://tinyurl.com/49cf4xnf**Pay Range:**$31.53 - $52.24_This facility is an equal opportunity employer and complies with federal, state and local anti-discrimination laws, regulations and ordinances._**Category:** Registered Nurse**Organization:** AdventHealth East Orlando**Schedule:** Full time**Shift:** Day**Req ID:** 151522233
