Job Description:Join us as we grow! Our new Randolph, MN location is set to open its doors in early May 2026, and we are beginning the hiring process now. To get you started on the right foot, this position may include in-person training period at our Le Sueur, MN facility.We are excited to offer a $1,000 sign-on bonus for this position, distributed based on your continued success with the team. This position is responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repairtasks to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the raw material quartzprocessing facility. This role involves troubleshooting equipment malfunctions,performing preventive maintenance, and assisting with the installation andrepair of various systems and equipment.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Perform electrical, HVAC, and plumbing maintenance workPerform regular preventative maintenance inspections of the facilityPainting / Drywall RepairOffice Set-up - tear-down - Furniture RelocatingInterior / Exterior lighting replacementSmall appliance repairInvestigate and service any complaints or concerns involving facilityrelated matters including outdoor equipmentInspect work performed to ensure it meets the requiredexpectations and standards set by the company and leadershipInvestigate and service any complaints or concerns involving the facilityAssist other maintenance employees with projects and tasksAssist with Outside Vendor ManagementPerform Lockout TagoutSafe handling chemicalsKeep work area clean and orderlyPerform job duties safely as outlined in the MaintenanceStandard Operating Procedures (SOPs)Confidential to Cambria and for internal use only. Ability to successfully plan and complete work orders with minimal supervisionAdditional duties as assigned by management to ensure that the facility is always in safe operating conditionsQualifications & Skills:3+ years of experience in facilities maintenanceStrong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems; crane, forklift, rooftop unit maintenance experience preferredExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in using computerized maintenance management systems(CMMS). Knowledge of safety regulations, environmental standards, andOSHA/MSHA requirements. Ability to acquire and retain all necessary safety certificationsMinimum Requirements:Education: High school diploma or GEDExperience: 3+ years of experience in industrial or facilities maintenanceSystems: N/ACambria Success Factors:High attention to detailReliable and punctualDirect communicationSense of urgency in completing workCapable of multitaskingWork well both independently and with a teamSelf-motivatedPhysical Requirements:Work at varying heights, including on the rooftop of the buildingsLift up to 60 lbs. Cambria’s starting range hourly for this position is $22.00- $30.00. Hourly ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hires for the position.
