Shipping and Receiving CoordinatorImmediate opening for a detail-oriented and dependable Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to support daily logistics operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Oxford, CT location – pay $19 - $25 hr.Key Responsibilities· Prepare and process shipping and receiving documents accurately and on time· Complete all shipping and receiving transactions in SyteLine· Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against bills of lading, labels, and orders· Respond professionally to internal inquiries regarding shipments and transit times· Review order backlogs and communicate shortages, delays, or changes· Coordinate outside service orders and last-minute shipment requests· Participate in annual physical inventory activities· Use of forklift to move materialsQualifications· High School Diploma or GED· 3–5 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment· Fundamental understanding of logistics and shipping processes· Experience with ERP/MRP systems; Infor SyteLine preferred· Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and UPS/FedEx software· Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills· Forklift and Electric Pallet Jack certification (required); CT DOT non-CDL certificationHours – 7am – 3:30pmOxford, CT locationPay - $ 19 – 25 Hr doeImmediate opening – temp to startAdecco Staffing is a global staffing agency providing Temp, Temp –to-Hire and Direct Hire positions while offering great benefits to our temporary Associates.Check out our website at www.adeccousa.com !Pay Details: $19.00 to $25.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
