Coaching & Mentoring: Provide non-evaluative support to teachers, including modeling lessons, co-teaching, and conducting observation-feedback cycles. Data Analysis: Work with teams to analyze state assessment and classroom data to identify student needs and inform instructional adjustments. Curriculum & Standards: Assist teachers in planning aligned lessons based on Kentucky Academic Standards and Measurable Results. Professional Development: Design and deliver professional learning opportunities focused on high-impact instructional practices. Collaboration: Participate in Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) to promote a culture of collaboration.
