As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring technical talent.  Full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, and technical recruiting. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, create job descriptions, and manage the entire recruitment process.QualificationsProven experience as a Technical Recruiter or RecruiterUnderstanding of technology, IT roles, and technical skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple job openings simultaneouslyKnowledge of recruitment best practices and labor legislationExperience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment softwareBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field
