If you have: Preference is given to an individual having previous office experience with High School or College training in accounting Must possess brisk, efficient work pace and the ability to complete assignments with accuracy Must have well developed written and verbal communication skills Must have direct experience with a Microsoft Windows-based operating environment Ability to learn and use multiple software systems Ability to adapt quickly to new situations and find errors Responsibilities to include: Responsible for front desk, backup purposes only Provide assistance to the Accounts Payable Department, and other Accounting Departments Vouch checks and EFTs for accuracy Reconcile vendor statements Verbal and Written communication with vendors and coworkers to attain resolutions including payment status Assist with Customer and Bank audits Miscellaneous task as assigned by Accounting Payable Supervisor Other Important Information: 90% sitting 10% standing and walking Miscellaneous lifting of up to 25 lbs. from ground level to waist and shoulder height We provide: Climate Controlled facility On site Cafeteria Health, Vision, Dental and Life Insurance Competitive salary 401K benefit options Paid holiday and paid time off accrual Weekly Pay A work-hard play-hard environment Personal and professional growth
