Medical Gas Project Management Coordinator
Your roleBeaconMedaes is seeking a Medical Gas Project Management Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Management Coordinator you will be responsible to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with our customers. You must be able to communicate with customers over email, via phone, and in person, acting as the voice of the customer - collecting feedback, solving issues and caring for them. This role is based in Rock Hill, South Carolina and reports to our Project Management & Customer Service Supervisor.Responsibilities include the following-Develop and maintain a good working relationship with customers Perform general order Intake functions Answer incoming phone calls and e-mails from customers, salesman and manufacturer representatives Respond to inquiries regarding ship dates Prepare submittals to include specifications, installation drawings, general assembly drawings and electrical drawings for projects as requests are received. Coordinate preparation of submittals on special design equipment with the engineering department Maintain a record of all submittals Prepare O&M manuals Document the quote system when submittals and O&M manuals have been prepared and shipped Provide support as necessary to project managers and serve as a back-up to project management team when colleague is out of office Participate in employee development programs including product and application training, business and personal development. Provide feedback on market conditions and make recommendations for product and procedure improvements.To succeed, you will needExperience- 2+ years of experience in a sales support role Experience working in a fast-paced customer-focused environment Skilled in working with customers Operational experience in our customer service center and product knowledge is a plus NFPA 99 is a plusEducation- High school diploma, some college preferredSkills-Must demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating self-motivation and initiative when working alone, while also being an effective collaborator in a team setting Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal/ written communication and problem-solving skills Must be able to effectively manage multiple priorities with adaptability, maintaining a positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service Must be proficient in Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, Teams, One Drive Must be proficient working with Adobe Acrobat Knowledgeable about the BeaconMedaes Quote System and SAP Self-reliant under pressure, effectively able to manage high-pressure situations Trustworthy, honest, and responsibleTravel may be required on rare occasion.In return, we offerHere at BeaconMedaes, we play a vital role in helping healthcare facilities sustain patients when they are at their most vulnerable- and innovation is a huge part of our lifeblood.
