We are looking for a Project Manager to join our growing team.The Right Candidate Will Have6-10 years in the construction industry (residential preferred) with a strong understanding of the entire building processexperience developing job estimates from construction documents and creating project scheduled, including scheduling subcontractorsan excellent attitude, work ethic, eye for detail, and the ability to work as part of a teaman excellent attitude, work ethic, an eye for detail and the ability to work as part of a teamthe ability to work independently with excellent time management skillsexcellent communication skills and the ability to calmly/professionally resolve any issuesexperience using project management softwarea Maine Driver’s License in good standingPlease note that being a good fit with our existing crew is critical.CompensationThis is a full-time position (40 hours per week) offering:Competitive Pay: Commensurate with experiencePaid Time-Off: Up to 80 hours in the first year, increasing with tenure8 Paid Holidays (plus 4 additional days between Christmas and New Year’s): New Year’s Day, MLK, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving + Friday after, ChristmasHealth, Dental, and Vision InsuranceCompany Retirement Plan with Matching ContributionProfessional Development: O’Brien Wood & Iron believes in supporting continued professional development for all of its employees.
