BCforward is seeking a highly motivated Business Consultant to support their pharmaceutical client in Indianapolis.Expected Duration: Long termLocation: Indianapolis, INRole/Responsibilities:The Business Consultant will provide the following services in support of the Patient Assistance Program to maintain operational excellence, improve customer experience, and maintain quality systems.Project & Operational SupportLead successful addition of new products or decommission legacy products to PAP including both HUB and Pharmacy services:Provide project management and task management for product launches and discontinuations. Create and maintain templates for repeatable processes supporting future product launches.Identify issues, remove barriers, and track project status to obtain desired resultsConduct program/release meetings and maintain the accuracy of PAP project portfoliosTrain and coach additional PAP resources for onboarding and task specific responsibilities (i.e. Veeva, escalation review)Manage Veeva tactics creation and approval process from beginning to completion including brochures, patient letters, applications, etc.General Responsibilities:Coordinate PAP Monitoring ActivitiesApplication Monitoring (Quarterly)Income Estimator Monitoring (Quarterly)Call Calibration (Monthly)Fraud DetectionIncrease/Standardize PAP documentation for all monitoring activitiesSOP maintenanceTool AdministrationJob AidsProcess Documents/BRD appendicesCoordinate updates to all versions of Patient Application (English, Spanish, eService)Serve as Marketer on various other PAP tactics as neededCoordinate Data Subject Access Requests
