Our client is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join its team. This is a direct-hire opportunity with a leading manufacturer focused on continuous improvement, automation, and production excellence.What You'll Do:Coordinate new product launches and production line improvementsDesign process fixtures and specify toolingLead Kaizen and continuous improvement initiativesImprove safety, ergonomics, quality, and production efficienciesSupport automation projects and work with outside vendorsCreate and maintain manufacturing process documentationWhat We're Looking For: ✔Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or Electro-Mechanical EngineeringExperience with AutoCAD/CAD softwarePLC programming experienceCNC Machining experienceStrong mechanical aptitudeExperience with automated assembly equipment, vision systems, or leak testersKnowledge of GD&T principles
