JOB DESCRIPTIONFoxNXT is FOX Entertainment’s next generation innovation studio, accelerating how we create, produce, and scale storytelling across the business. Spanning R&D, Production, Talent, and Education, FoxNXT builds and deploys AI powered workflows across animation, unscripted, scripted, and marketing.By combining generative AI with FOX’s storytelling expertise, FoxNXT prototypes new production pipelines, tests them in real world environments, and scales what works to drive speed, creativity, and efficiency. We keep the human at the center, using AI as a creative partner to expand possibilities and shape the future of entertainment.The Project Manager will play a critical role in driving execution across FOX Entertainment’s AI initiatives. This is a builder role responsible for creating new systems and processes from scratch. You will partner with studio teams to intake needs, develop scalable workflows, and manage initiatives from initial request through final execution. This role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with both creative and operational objectives. The Project Manager will coordinate between R&D, production, talent, and business teams to trackprogress, remove roadblocks, and maintain clear communication.Regular, on-site attendance at the workplace for a minimum of four (4) days per week is an essential function of the position. The selected candidate must be able to reliably meet this requirement.a Snapshot Of Your ResponsibilitiesConduct intake sessions with studio partners to identify needs and drive process creationOwn the creation of project scope, milestones, timelines, and deliverables from inception for AI-related projectsDrive the development of clear, accessible documentation for project requirements, workflows, and outcomes, building a structure where none existsPartner with R&D, production support, and business operations teams to align resources and schedulesTrack project status, anticipate risks, and resolve issues to ensure smooth executionMaintain consistent updates to leadership, stakeholders, and project teams on progress, challenges, and outcomesIdentify and implement best practices to optimize FOX Entertainment's project management standardsTrack KPIs related to delivery speed, budget adherence, and overall project impact What You Will Need7+ years of experience in project or program management, ideally within the studio or entertainment industryDemonstrated ability to excel in dynamic, rapidly changing environments with a high degree of ambiguityProven track record in managing cross-functional teams and complex projectsStrong understanding of production pipelines and/or AI/technology-driven workflowsStrong problem-solving and risk management capabilitiesProficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana,etc)Excellent communication and organizational skillsBachelor’s degree NICE TO HAVE BUT NOT A DEALBREAKERPMP or equivalent certificationWe are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, gender identity, disability, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law. We will consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories consistent with applicable law.Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $102,000.00-140,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
