The ideal candidate will have excellent programming and algorithmic skills, strong experience with Python, PySpark, SQL, and a solid background in Financial Services and Risk Modeling.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain risk modeling and financial analytics applications using Python and PySpark.Design and implement efficient algorithms for complex financial and risk-related problems.Develop, enhance, and validate financial risk models and analytical solutions.Work with large datasets using PySpark and SQL.Perform data analysis, transformation, validation, and model-related calculations.Collaborate with risk, quantitative, data, and technology teams.Support model development, testing, validation, and implementation.Troubleshoot performance and data quality issues in risk analytics applications.Required Skills8+ years of software development experienceStrong hands-on experience with PythonStrong proficiency in PySparkStrong algorithm and problem-solving skillsExperience with Financial Risk Modeling / Risk AnalyticsStrong SQL skillsStrong Financial Services / Banking domain backgroundExperience working with large datasets and data processing frameworks
