Certified Surg Tech - Travel Job

Jackson HealthPros is seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist to expertly assist physicians and nurses in the operating room during surgical procedures, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients by preparing the operating room, sterilizing equipment, and providing support to the surgical team.Minimum Requirements:Current certification from a program accredited by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA).Current CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) required.BLS Certification.Minimum 2 years' experience as a certified OR tech / Surg Tech in a surgical environment.Experience with ENT, Orthopedic sports medicine (totals, fractures), general endoscopy including laparoscopic cases and GI scopes, C-sections, pain procedures (injections, stimulator placement, RFA, pain pumps), urology procedures preferred.Ability to clear quickly for earlier start date is preferred.Assignment DetailsFacility Type: Hospital.Shift Name: Days.Shift Details: 8 Hour Days.On call required in addition to scheduled days.Operating Room (OR) assignment covering general surgery and multiple specialties.Location HighlightsElk City, OK offers accessible regional attractions and a modest commute to larger urban centers.
