The team owns data processing that defines branch and banker profit and loss, which serves as a foundation for quarterly incentive compensation and performance management across Retail.In addition, CP&I manages key datasets that measure banker productivity and capture interactions between bankers and customers, enabling leadership teams to better understand engagement, effectiveness, and growth opportunities.Beyond Retail, CP&I plays an important role in partnership with IT foundational data domains by helping move, standardize, and operationalize customer-facing data from source systems into enterprise data domains.
