Porter (Evening)Job Type: Part timeSchedule: Monday - Friday, 5pm - 9pmJob SummaryTrust Consulting Services is looking to hire a part-time Porter to support Louis Goldstein District Courthouse located in Towson, Maryland.ResponsibilitiesStrip and wax floors on multiple levelsBe responsible for cleaning and sanitizing offices, meeting rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, public areas, etc.Manage time effectively to complete tasks dailyTasks will include but not be limited to:Sweeping and mopping floorsVacuuming and cleaning carpetsRestocking, cleaning, and sanitizing restroomsCleaning windows and restroomsRemoving trashDusting Requirements Minimum RequirementsEducationHigh School diploma or equivalent.Work ExperienceMust have 6 months of experience cleaning, stripping, and waxing floors. QualificationsMust be able to pass a background check and drug screening.Must have reliable transportationMust be able to hold a high level of personal integrity and remain focused on the job at handEmployees need to be aware of cleaning standards but will also be trainedAbility to work well under minimal supervisionAble to follow instructionsStrong attention to detailPhysically capable of lifting and moving objects up to 30lbs, bend, kneel, and twist to perform the necessary cleaning duties as necessaryPay Range InformationThe pay range for this position is listed below.
